Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients:
- 12 oz of Cranberries
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup orange juice
- Zest of 1 medium sized lemon
- 1 cinnamon stick
Directions:
- In a saucepan over medium heat, dissolve the sugar in the orange juice.
- Add the lemon zest and a cinnamon stick.
- Stir in the cranberries and cook until the cranberries start to pop. This will take 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and take out the cinnamon stick. Place sauce in a bowl. Cranberry sauce will thicken as it cools.
