Gnocchi with Tomatoes and Broccoli

- Chop broccoli into florets and boil until fork tender.
- In a pan, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and add in 1 container of cherry tomatoes. Saute on medium high temp until the tomatoes start to pucker.
- While the tomatoes are cooking, boil the gnocchi. When the gnocchi is cooked, add it into the pan with the tomatoes.
- Add the cooked broccoli, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of butter. Let the the mixture cook down until most of the liquid is absorbed or forms a thick sauce. Ideal if some of the gnocchi gets golden brown.
- Sprinkle ¼ cup of shredded parmesan cheese on top of the mixture.
